The team led by Ms. Kishi and Mr Hassan provided excellent hospitality, quick decision-making, and well-maintained facilities. The hotel boasts a relaxing spa center and well-equipped wellness amenities such as massage services and a spa lounge. The only tiny hiccup during my stay was a slight language barrier with the front desk staff, which was quickly resolved with a smile. 🌟

Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel had upgraded my room, but to my dismay, it turned out to be a smoking room.

Moreover, the leisure/ TV room and game room provided the perfect relaxation spot for us. We honestly can't wait to come back here for another unforgettable experience.
